The planned maintenance window designed to enhance the operating environment for March 5th, 11 pm (EST) - March 6th , 4:00 am (EST) has been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

CollaborateMD’s goal is to provide our valued customers with the most dependable and available infrastructure within the operating environment. 
To ensure this goal, we are planning a maintenance window designed to enhance the operating environment.



Maintenance Details:

Start Date & Time: Saturday, March 5th, 2016 @ 11:00 PM EDT

End Date & Time: Sunday, March 6th, 2016 @ 4:00 AM EDT

Duration: 5 hours


Expected Customer Outages:

CollaborateMD, in addition to Interfaces, Payment Portal, CMD Portal, ClaimGear, S.I. Manager, and our website will not be available during this 5 hour maintenance period.
