Bulletin-0002: Cancellation of Intuit Payment Network Services

This bulletin applies all Authorized (Auth) Reps or Administrators who are responsible for monthly invoicing within CollaborateMD.

As of March 5, 2014, we have discontinued the previous payment services with Intuit Payment Network.  You can now process your monthly invoice payment using our CollaborateMD 
Customer Bill Pay feature in Version 9.1 or higher.  Our new Customer Bill Pay offers all Authorized (Auth) Representatives and Administrators who have the Bill Pay permission the ability to add and properly manage their monthly invoicing. 

As of March 5, 2014, we have discontinued the previous payment services with Intuit Payment Network.   All future payments and invoices should now be performed using our new Customer Bill Pay feature. Our new Customer Bill Pay feature allows Authorized (Auth) Reps or Administrators who have the Bill Pay permission secure access to view their detailed invoice, review an account statement, enter and update payment profiles, process a one-time payment, and review payment history 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right from within the CollaborateMD application.

Enhanced Invoicing Notification. Starting April 1, 2014, all Authorized (Auth) Reps or Administrators who have the Bill Pay permission will receive both a CMD message and email notification on the 1st of the month informing them their current invoice is ready for processing. 

Build You Own Payment Profile. Within your CollaborateMD account, under the Admin section simply select the Payment Profile tab to create your payment profile (using a credit card, debit card, or bank account). Please visit our Payment Profiles Help Page located on our Training site for step by step instructions on creating your Payment Profile. Your Payment Profile can be used one time or for future payments.

Use Customer Bill Pay to Process a Payment. After building your Payment Profile, processing a payment on your account is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
  1. Click on the Payments tab. 

  2. Click on the Make a Payment button. 

  3. Submit your payment using your payment profile.
